Un film étrange, pour ne pas dire torturé, où l’icône semble porter ses vêtements comme autant d’identités. A la fois une affirmation et une dissociation schizophrénique, d’où le vêtement se sort, par on ne sait quel miracle, avec un rôle salvateur. Presque comme un calmant au milieu d’un délire psychotrope.
Encore un très beau film pour Nicolas Blusson & Manu G. Cuesta, ces réalisateurs d’avenir qui portent avec eux un nombre presqu’infini d’univers. Du clip de Mokless à la somptueuse pub pour les hôtels F1, en passant par la campagne pour la fondation C Génial. Egalement à son actif, des documentaires Avant l’Exil ou encore Kurakas, Histoire d’un Guerrier Awajun.

She wages an internal war, disentangling herself from the blazing manacles of acceptance restraining her life. The dynamic directing duo, comprising of Franco-Colombian Cuesta and Parisian born Blusson, met in 2009 and immediately merged their vision of art and influencing research. Fascinated with audio, they experiment to explore the relationship and the impact it has to image making. Their aesthetic and experimental approach has formed their permanent stylistic signature.
